Our Approach
Choosing a partner is more than just the technology, it is about a long-term commitment. We know that implementing an ERP system is a big decision that impacts every part of your organization. Which is why we advise our clients to select a partner they trust – both in technology and in integrity. We believe relationships are based on trust, collaboration, and fun.
When implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, we use the phase-wise approach, this way we are able to formulate a detailed project guideline and then kick off the project. We strive to continually improve project quality by following such project methodology.
Phase-Based Work Overview and Role-Breakdown
Discovery and Planning
In this initial phase, the implementation team works closely with the customer to understand their business processes and requirements. This involves gathering data, conducting interviews, and analyzing the customer's needs in order to create a detailed project plan.
Design
Once the customer's needs have been fully understood, the implementation team creates a design for the Dynamics solution that meets those needs. This includes configuring the system, creating customizations, and defining any necessary integrations with other systems.
Development
In this phase, the implementation team builds the Dynamics solution based on the design created in the previous phase. This can include data migration, development of customizations, and any necessary integrations with other systems.
Testing
Once the solution has been built, the implementation team conducts rigorous testing to ensure that it meets all of the customer's requirements and is working correctly. This includes testing for performance, security, and functionality.
Deployment
After testing has been completed and any necessary changes have been made, the implementation team deploys the solution. This can include setting up the production environment, migrating data, and configuring any necessary integrations with other systems.
Go-Live and Support
The final phase involves launching the solution to the customer's users and providing ongoing support to ensure its continued success. This includes monitoring the system, providing support and maintenance, and ensuring that the system continues to meet the customer's needs over time.
Training
In this phase, the implementation team provides training to the customer's users so they can effectively use and manage the Dynamics solution. This can include training on the new system, any new business processes, and best practices for maintaining the system.
